Best Time To Visit: Daily from Noon-3pm is the best time for turtles

Safety Tips: For your safety and that of the endangered green sea turtles you are not allow to touch the turtles. and it is recommend to keep a distance of 6 feet or more.  It is actually against Federal law to touch the turtles. We will cover interacting in more detail below.

Our Trip To Oahu’s Turtle Beach:
We recently visited the Laniakea Turtle Beach in Hawaii and will soon write about all the details. It is located on the North Shore Oahu about 2.5 miles East of Haleiwa and just a 50 minute drive from Honolulu and Waikki Beach. Visiting the turtles is one of the best things to do in all of Hawaii and the most turtles are out daily from roughly Noon-3pm to sun themselves and eat.
